# How to Use Franz Bardon’s The Key to the True Kabbalah

Thanks to Sixty Skills for the content of this post - This post is about how to use Franz Bardon's *The Key to the True Kabbalah* (Quabbalah). This is a subject that I rarely get to discuss with others, as very few people have undertaken the work described in this book.

### Sequence of Training in the Book

- **Single Letter Key**
First, you need to work your way through the single-letter key in Franz Bardon's *The Key to the True Kabbalah*. This process can take a couple of years, but it is only the beginning.

- **Planetary Meditations on Kabbalistic Spirits**
After mastering the single-letter key, you move on to meditations on the Kabbalistic spirits of the planets. Some of these spirits are not explicitly listed in Bardon’s second book, so you will need to figure them out through pathworking.

- **Meditations on the Zodiac Constellations**
The next step involves meditating on the 12 constellations of the zodiac. Again, pathworking will be required to determine the appropriate spirits for this stage.

- **Meditations on the Sephiroth**
Finally, you will meditate upon the Sephiroth from a Kabbalistic perspective. This progression is clearly indicated in the drawing on the cover of Bardon’s book.

### Purpose of This Work

Ultimately, this system enables you to invoke the power of letters through a four-part concentration involving:

- **Sephiroth** at the Akashic level

- **Constellations** at the mental level

- **Planets** at the astral level

- **Letters** at the vital level

Additionally, you will need to practice four-letter combinations for all four elements plus Akasha. The combination for Akasha is something you will have to figure out yourself.

### Personal Experience with Bardon’s System

I have personally worked through several stages of this system:

- The single-letter formula.

- The four-letter formulas for individual elements and Akasha.

- Meditations with Kabbalistic spirits from near-Earth realms all the way out to Pluto.

At the end of these planetary meditations, it is necessary to re-ground yourself through a series of workings involving both solar and lunar spheres. This serves two purposes:

- Clearing "Akashic grunge" accumulated from entities and energies encountered beyond Saturn.

- Protecting oneself from extrasolar energies and entities encountered near Pluto, which can be damaging without proper safeguards.

### Extrasolar Energies and Entities

When venturing into extrasolar regions, it is crucial to invoke specific protective energies because our solar system naturally shields us from many harmful influences. One such protective combination is "LUD" (L-U-D). Failure to use such protections or working with an unprepared mind and body can lead to significant harm.

Exploring extrasolar regions can provide insights into concepts, technologies, and ideas that may eventually influence our world. For instance, Buddhism and certain technologies may have origins tied to these regions. However, while these energies are too diffuse to have a direct impact here, they can offer new perspectives and inspiration.

### Constellation and Sephiroth Meditations

After re-grounding in our solar system through solar and lunar meditations, you can proceed with meditating on constellations. This involves dedicating one month to each zodiac constellation over a year-long period.

Following this, you will meditate on the ten Sephiroth. ### Conclusion

This meta-system outlined in Franz Bardon’s third book is often overlooked but offers profound opportunities for spiritual development. Upon completing planetary work and re-grounding, I noticed a significant increase in my ability to develop energy at an Akashic level—a process that takes time to adjust to.
