## Welcome to Perseus Arcane Academy™

I'm James Robinson, and I founded Perseus Arcane Academy™ out of a personal journey that took me through many different traditions and teachers over the years, (special mention must also go to Andre Consciencia for the name 'Perseus Arcane Academy'). Eventually, I discovered the profound teachings of the Franz Bardon system and later had the great fortune to study under Sifu Mark Rasmus, whose approach added an entirely new dimension to my understanding of internal development.

Perseus was created to offer something I found lacking in the wider magical community—**a platform where real practitioners share real experience**. Many in the esoteric world are hesitant about openness or new avenues, but we believe that **everyone benefits when knowledge is shared freely and deeply**. Our focus is on practical, applicable magic—not just theory—and we work hard to ensure that everything we publish reflects that.

The teachers we collaborate with are not just chosen for their knowledge, but for their integrity. **Trust and mutual respect are non-negotiable for us**. We don’t expect everyone to agree on everything—that’s not how real growth happens—but we do insist that everyone we work with has the sincere intention to help students grow.

Perseus is not here to control, gatekeep, or dictate. We’re a platform, not a hierarchy. We believe in giving space for diverse perspectives, allowing each teacher to express and explain their path in their own way. Whether it's through long-form blogs, in-depth interviews, or immersive courses, we want to give you the chance to engage directly with people doing the work—so you can decide what resonates.
